Earlier, at around 11am, I went out to meet up with the seller of the soap I ordered yesterday. We were supposed to meet at exactly 11am in Gaisano Ilustre, but I slept late, and got up at around 10:43am. Apparently, I arrived verrrrrry late. Good thing the seller was kind and patient enough to wait for me. Phew. I think I arrived at 11:40am. Hahaha. Well, if it weren't for the heavy traffic I would've arrived a bit earlier. But it was my fault in the first place. :( So I apologized to the seller right after the transaction through text.
Then an idea popped into my head while I was on my way out of the mall. I was texting with Jonathan (bf) before I got into the mall, and he mentioned that he's not feeling well... I thought I'd surprise him by going to their house without him knowing and bring one of his favorite foods: Shawarma rice! I've never really done that before and that's why I was reeeeaaaaaaaaally excited. I couldn't wait to see how he'll react when he sees me. Hahaha.
I bought two orders of Shawarma rice and hid them inside my bag so I could surprise him. Then I went on my way to their house.
When I arrived, he was lying on his back in their sofa, getting a foot massage from his mom (his mom's good at it). I was kinda disappointed because I was expecting that he'd be resting in his room. I originally planned to sneak into his room and wake him up to surprise him and show him what's inside my bag but the "sneak inside and wake him up" part of my plan apparently didn't happen. But anyways, he was still surprised when he saw me. Haha.
He stood up and invited me to his room and I had him open my bag. Boy was he sooooo happy when he saw the Shawarma rice inside, and hugged me tightly. I looked at him, and he giggled like a child then said "Ginakilig ko. XD". I laughed because he looked so stupid while saying it. Lol. He told me that no one's done this to him before, and that he was very happy. I, too, was happy of course. I've never done something like this before too, and I never thought it would feel this good. I'm just glad that even though things initially didn't go according to plan, everything still ended well. :)
I'm not really the type of person who does sweet things like this, but I guess when you're inlove, you just don't give a damn about what others might think. What matters most is seeing your loved one happy. This experience gave me so much happiness and love, and I plan to do it again! Hahaha. :D
